I am a habitual Starbucks customer. The baristas are fast,friendly and all know my name. When I have the occasional problem... they always are quick to go above and beyond to make sure it's fixed and I am happy. They have raised prices a bit since I have cut back on my trips but it doesn't change the fact this place is amazing. Read more
Second time in a week that my order has been wrong. I order a shaken espresso and the last two times I've been given iced... coffee. Those are not the same, I also pay extra for almond milk and instead got regular milk this last time. And when someoneask for light ice, you give them light ice. Read more
For a Starbucks, the coffee is as expected. The biggest reason for taking away stars is due to speed. Generally slow to get... drinks out whether drive thru, take out, or dining in. With mobile orders, there have been several instances where the baristaforgot food items. Read more

Hands down the worst starbucks in the United States, and I was holding out hope that it would get better after this summer?s... renovations. They?re always slow even when they aren?t busy. They have allowed me to order items they don?t have in stockmultiple times, and then instead of refunding me or otherwise compensating me, they just apologize emptily and go back to doingwhat they were doing. TWO WEEK UPDATE: Went back today, November 15th after a two week hiatus. Service took 20 minutes and Iwasn?t informed that they only had tall size hot drinks available until I was trapped and had been waiting 10 minutes in thedrive thru line already due to the layout of their drive thru lane. I don?t understand how this location stays in business Thisis clearly a failure of management. It doesn?t matter what day of the week it is or who?s working, the service is always thesame level of complete garbage. I honestly don?t understand why starbucks continues to allow this store to operate under theirname.
