Awful service. Website says they close at 6, but at 5:25 (40 minutes before closed) they refused to make any more. Bought the... one pretzel they had and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Male worker was extremely rude. Will not be comingback. Read more

The worst experience I've had. I've visited other pretzel maker eateries and this one didn't even make my order properly. Their... mozzarella cheese bits were extremely dry and of a much small size compared to the rochester mn location and Duluth mn. Theladies treated orders for the pretzel maker side like it was a sin to bother them. Still wondering how the corporate franchisemanagement deal with that location. Read more
I've been here many times and every single time each worker is nice and the pretzels are always fantastic!
