Placed a mobile order; specifically opting for the drive through option. I made things clear at the ordering kiosk about the... mobile order and just before I could move ahead, the assistant goes ?please come inside to pick up your mobile order, it?scausing lot of chaos?!! The chicken is excellent it's very good, but the service is not very good, I saw it with my own eyes, the people there are slow,... as in working with thier hands, they just take their time, as if there was no one standing there! Read more

Was trash service, waited 30-45min for my order and when I got it, half of it was missing. There was a huge line that sat for 30... min before they could even be helped, or sum didn?t even get helped. Straight lazy whoever worked the night shift on Monday the17th.. Read more

We ordered not spicy chicken, was given an allspice chicken. We got asked if they could give us 1 spicy to replace what they... didn't have... fine. But not all should have been spicy!!!! Coleslaw has weird taste. Told staff they needed to change the c02or dr.pepper and they didn't change either. Not the best place and highly not reccomendable. Read more

So, the food would have received 3 stars, maybe even 4, but over all, I don?t understand how this place stays in business, and... an over all 1-2 stars is all I can give it. When it first opened, I tried it. I had the same problems I?m about to explain.About a year ago, I had some friends that wanted to try it, so I went again, and again, same problems I?m about to explain. Gota gift card from someone, so rather than waste it, I tried it yet another time. First off, getting help at the counter is achallenge that takes forever every time. And, when eating there, I see the same thing happen to those who come in after me. Ibet I stood at the counter for 5 minutes or better while 1/2 dozen employees would make eye contact with me, but not say a word.Not to come help, not that someone will be right with me, nothing. Just ignored. Finally someone from way in the back walks upslowly, without a concern in the world, and asks if she can help me, with no apology for my wait or anything. Everyone workingthere was acting like immature juveniles. Hollering loudly, goofing off, etc. Once my order was rung up, I went to pay, and theycouldn?t get my gift card to work. Got some sort of supervisor up, and he couldn?t solve it either. I told them no problem, Icould pay this time, but wanted info to contact a manager of some sort to correct the gift card problem. I honestly didn?t wantto pay, because now I?d have to come back again for the gift card, but I believe it was an honest issue on why it wasn?tworking. Anyhow, he tells me there?s no one I can contact. I said, listen? even if it?s the owner. Clearly someone is above thecurrent staff in here that can help. He mentioned perhaps the district manager? Food is ok if you actually get what you ordered. I get that you need to constantly remind them to add hot sauce. I don't... understand how they can forget to include a biscuit, give you the wrong ranch dressing and only put 4 fries in the bag. Mydaughter just got back with her to-go meal and its a joke. I have been a customer since I lived in Orlando FL at age 19. I'm now55 and I can say the service at the Hamilton Blvd location is terrible. Guess its time to visit the Colonel. Read more
