I've been to this site twice. First time very rude staff, food was wrong, and fries were cold. Also, this store does not have... the steak bagel. We came from another state that had it. We only live 2 minutes away so not the cause. Second time good staffand food was fresh. Read more
650AM 9.8.22 Absolutely rude service. I used a code on the app to get a $1 sandwich. After the automated machine said one... moment, this lady that took my order had a rude tone in her voice. When I got to the window, I asked the young man who took mycard if my total was $2.14 (i ordered a sandwich and a drink). He said yes. However, he didn't give me a receipt. My total wasactually $4.59 after checking my account. The man lied and they didn't use the code. I'm never coming back here again. Avoid!!! Read more
I was here Wed night. I feel so bad for the person in drive thru. She looked awful and working so hard. I offered her a tip but... she Said she couldn't take it. Poor thing. I haven't seen her since Wed. ???? I hope she is ok. I know she normally works Friand Sat. I hope she is on tonight. She is amazing and deserves so much appreciation and a chair to sit once in while. I waited in the drive thru for 30 min and then went inside?ordered a fish sandwich and medium fries after 15 min they gave me my... sandwich with no fries. The fries that were given to me werent enough to call a small order. I would have left but my grandsonhas been sick and just wanted McDonalds. Total wait time 45 minutes. The absolute worst ever. There wasn't an option for anegative star. Please contact me as I feel I deserve a full refund. Ill be waiting. Read more
I have never had a bad experience with this place until today. I was enjoying my fries and I found some type of bug in the... bottom of them. I did not want to finish my meal as it was quite unappetizing. I will not be visiting again. Read more
I ordered one of there deluxe chickens the thing was old and disgusting. the color was dark brown the nuggest were also old and... dried out. I asked for a refund ill go somewhere else and they told me they could only refund the bad food (admitting that thefood was old so thanks for that). if you go here check your food before leaving you'll thank me later. they were nice enough toreplace all my stiff with my stuff reheated these nuggets are just warmed up old nuggets thanks Morningside McDonald's at beingso terrible at your job. We ordered double quarter meals! The double quarter usually has onions, pickles, mustard and ketchup! These burgers was plain... with mayo only and the fries was overcooked! We also ordered the new Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder and it was missing the bacon. NO BACON ON A BLT? ???? How do you overcook fries, when the fryer has a timer on it? If, you operate on a ?MADE FOR YOUSYSTEM, ? why was our burgers altered being made however the hell the employee felt it should be made, and not served the waythey originally come? ???? We didn?t order this low quality food, that we spent our hard earned money on, $45 dollars to beexact! THIS IS AN ON GOING PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION!
