This place will profile you! I was at work and my boyfriend was picking me up some food. He called me when he got there to tell... me they were out of what I wanted. So while he was telling me what they had and I was deciding they asked him to leave and toldhim he couldn't "just hang out here." THE PHONE CALL WAS 4 MINUTES 18 SECONDS LONG. Disrespectful. On multiple occasions when I've gone to Kum & Go on Gordan Drive, around 9:30/10:00pm the Doors have been locked, I decided to... call tonight and ask why the Doors are locked when they are supposed to be open, the response I got was that she was using theRestroom. What!?! Since when did gas stations start locking the doors to the store every time they have to use the Restroom? Inmy experience with working at gas stations, that is one of the Big Rules to never lock the doors until you close the store. Read more

As far as gas stations go I guess they?re ok, however, compared with the nicer, newer Kum and Go?s from the Des Moines metro... they fail miserably. This location in particular does not seem to care if there is a line of people waiting while, for example,the customer at the register is buying 200 scratch tickets and checking their lotto?s, WHILE 4 other employees are doinganything else but opening up additional registers to get their customers out quickly. The stores in Des Moines get you in andout quickly. I?m Sioux City they do not get that concept. To Sioux City Management at Kum and Go on Gordon and Virginia:monitor, observe, and implement change on this!
