Food was not great on this visit. Wraps had barely any sauce in them. The fries were lukewarm and seemed really dense/soggy for... some reason, like they weren't frozen all the way when cooked. We were never offered refills on drinks. Restaurant was almostempty so none of it was because they were busy. Just not the best experience we've had here. Read more

Pretty bummed with this location. Yesterday I called a couple times to order take out. No one ever answered, but message said I... could place order online. I placed order online, however was not able to order extra blue cheese or request napkins and thingsof that nature. When we went to pick up order, girl said to look for bag with our name and grab it. It was sealed so we didn'ttake the time to double check. Unfortunately, there was no condiments like ketchup, salt, etc. No napkins or wipes. No salsa forour chips and salsa. No silverware. Wings were good, service was even better. Our server rocked. They forgot my fries which happens, I mentioned it, he had them out... before I realised it and then didn't charge me for them. I asked to make sure it wasn't a mistake and he said not to worry aboutit. I wish I could remember his name to give him a shout out but great job my man!! Read more
Had a good time at BWW. Glad they serve food late
Been to this location many times but recently have been disappointed. This most recent visit will probably be my last to this... one. I ordered 20 boneless wings with two different flavors. They got the flavors right but it was almost as if they forgot thesauce! My wife ordered 10 wings with two different flavors and they only brought her one. Would have said something at therestaurant but the chicken and fries were not even hot when they arrived to the table. Waiter didn't even bother to stop by andcheck on us after he brought our food. I don't expect much when I got out except hot food and a waiter to check on you once in awhile. It wasn't even busy, which is the worst part! It was 6/5 at 4:30 pm. Read more
Went there today for lunch and we waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Our waitress was taking care of her other tables. She... dropped one of our forks on the floor and only gave us one. We didn't get the other fork or straws until she delivered us ourfood. The food was cold and the green onions were slimy and looked old. We will not be returning here and will make sure all ofour family and friends don't come here either. Worst service and food we have ever had but it was enough for us to not go back. Read more
