Wow, what a nice Arby's! Very clean restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. I think I was most impressed with the... bathroom. Not only was it clean it was also tidy. Most fast food places have that mysteriously wet bathroom floor like theyjust mopped, but we all know they didn't just mop. But the restroom at this Arby's litterly sparkled. Well done. Read more
I asked for loaded curly fries. I come up the pick up window and I was given the Diablo loaded which I DID NOT WANT. I go up the... drive thru again and reorder regular loaded curly fries. I told them I didn?t want the spicy ones. Then they tell me they onlyhave the Diablo. I told them ok give me the loaded fries and just DONT PUT THE SPICY SAUCE. She told me she was sorry but theycouldn?t do that because it was part of the promotion. SERIOUSLY WHY COULDNT I GET WHAT I WANTED? WHY IS IT SO HARD TO OMIT THEDIABLO SAUCE AND ADD RANCH???
