I used to LOVE this Zaxbys, it was the best! Today my friend and I had a horrible experience. I got a zax snack and the fries... were way under cooked. I asked for extra seasoning and their was not even any on them. The worst part is the "chicken tenders"with very little chicken in it, just fried breading. You would think if they want you to sign up for the rewards system to keepcoming back they would have served an actual decent looking meal... nope! Un appetizing. Read more

The guy that took my order was great. Super attentive, and very courteous, he's worth at least 2 or 3 average fast food workers,... give this man a raise . He made sure everything was in my bag before handing it to me. Food was piping hot and delicious. Read more

I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and they were only 5 pieces

HORRIBLE. Waited 45 minutes for a to go order. I ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich, when I looked at my sandwich it was... smothered in mayonnaise along with a tomato and lettuce. I told them that I wanted it plain, they did not even change out thebun, just wiped off the mayo. The sandwich was disgusting, the chicken was cold. My water was given to me half full, and therewas something chunky floating in it. Everyone working there acted like they hated their jobs. I will never return. Read more

Good food, I always enjoy my food here and have no issues really at all. The floors were a little sticky last time I went but... that's not a big deal to me. It's consistent. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat I would recommend it. Read more

I went through the drive thru a couple Sundays ago, and the food was less than edible. Cold hard fries, hard boneless wings with... no sauce, rubbery cheese bites. It was awful. I decided to give it another chance today, the cheese bites were overcooked to thepoint there was hardly any cheese in them and the fries were cold. I even told the "manager" about the Sunday incident with thehopes of having fresh food but she hardly offered an apology and didn't offer to make things right or ensure my food was goodthis time.
