I arrived at 1215 pm and the very few tables were all full. There was a chair at the counter that was still dirty from the last... customer. After being literally ignored for 20 minutes without even an acknowledgement that I was even there. Another gentlemantold me he had been waiting for 1 hour as he promised his small son a waffle. When I heard that I just quickly left. My firstand last visit to this location I hope the staff gets there act together. Read more
This was the worst visit to a waffle house I have ever had!!! They were fully staffed and the wait to get a booth was over 30... mins, the wait for food was another 30 mins. All for the waffles to come to the table burned and sausage half done.I have beento the waffle house on Thanksgiving and Christmas and the service was better. I will not be back soon. Read more
This has been by far the best Waffle House me and my wife been to, our sever whose name is Jonathan is the best, he?s like an... octopus with 8 arms ??. We really enjoyed it and will be returning. Read more
The manager burns the bacon they barely put meat in the hash brown bowl you?re better off buying the sandwich meal and... deconstructing it because if you get a bowl their will be one tablespoon of meat on it, kind you I ADDED bacon and their stillwasn?t enough to have a piece of meat in every bite, asked the manager why their was so little meat compared to other places I?mpaying $12 for a bowl of hash browns and he said ?there?s meat in it, isn?t there.? and disregarded my dissatisfaction, this isa newer Waffle House but the service and quality are very low on the totem compared to other establishments I?ll go to Fairviewrd or ft in. From now on Patrick is the manager and he definitely could use more training on customer and etiquette. Read more
Overall, not a great experience. I will say, the two people who were working were doing an absolutely amazing job under the... circumstances. Probably 5 stars for the employees themselves. The experience itself wasn't great, though, due to theunderstaffed nature of the business in the current time. The food was really good, though, even though the place was super busy.I'd give it a solid 5/5 for the employees and food, but the environment was really not great, and slightly uncomfortable to beentirely honest. Spent Christmas morning with my family at waffle house and I couldn't have asked for a greater memory. This place was packed,... people lined up out the door and the staff were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, but even though thesepeople were working in Christmas day, they all had a smile on their face. Everyone played thier part and food came out perfect. As someone who grew up going to waffle house, Im thankful that I can share new memories with my children in a place I loved somuch as a child.
