Service was good. PIZZA was good. And so was the beer. We sat at the bar inside. Just did not expect to pay $80 (incl. Tip)... for 1 med size pizza, 2 house salads, and 4 draft beers. Read more
The staff was great and brought out my pickup order on time, however I received the wrong pizza completely which had a... difference of $5 for extra toppings but received a simple one. I haven?t had this experience with Sidewall before so it waspretty disappointing so I likely won?t be returning to this location. Read more

No where to place a complaint on their website, so I will use Google. The service here is just bad. Their food is good, but... what good is a to go order if every time you come in they have to make it. The last 4 times I've gone in, I've had to wait.Some time they are busy, so I get it, maybe their online ordering system has wrong time. But EVERY time, even the slow times. And having to wait 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready 30 min prior is just bad. This time I came in and hourafter my order was placed and they still can't get to the order in time. It's frustrating. And more frustrating that I had topost a review just to get someone's attention. Read more
