I?ve been wanting to stop by here for while, I did a pick up order, it was a busy night so it took about 20 minutes to get my... food, not bad, I like they have some vegetarian options on the menu, the decor and atmosphere was fun and I loved the tables andchairs, so bright and fun! I'd never been to Mr Jalapeño, so my daughter's took me for my birthday. We went at noon on a Sunday and were seated... immediately. We were greeted by a friendly smiling waitress that brought us warm chips and salsa ???? On the weekend there's nolunch special prices...BUT let me tell you! I ordered Pollo Loco, my fav at other Hispanic restaurants. The serving size washuge! The mushroom, onions, spinach and broccoli were in a thick layer on the grilled chicken breast ???? New, clean, handy restaurant, but food is consistently over-salted. I don't really know where the "friendly service" comments... come from, since every server we've had the 6 times we've dined there is grumpy and unfriendly. The last time we went, one ofour dishes had just a tiny dollop of guacamole, much less than previous times. When we asked for a spoonful more, they charged$4.95. Also be careful if paying the tip by credit card - my 15% tip mysteriously changed itself to 20%. Read more

It is a good restaurant, starting from the service I got. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious, well seasoned, and... generous servings. Tried the margarita and was ok. Will definitely return. Edited: have been coming back since then and foodhave been good. Decent. And service is always excellent. This last time, they were playing wasn?t family friendly. Not that itoffended me, but I wouldn?t like the kids of my family to listen to that kind of music at their age. That?s the only downside. Read more

Great food and experience. Incredibly clean, bright and colorful inside. Fun atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly. Salsa bar... with quite a few fresh salsas. Large menu. Great chips and salsa. Ordered off the lunch menu - can?t remember what it was calledbut it was delicious. Chicken milenesa with mushrooms, onions, spinach and broccoli. Loved it! My new favorite Mexican restaurant! I used to like the other local chain in the area (Papas), but, now that I visited this... place, it beats it hands down. The service was outstanding and I like how the servers are able to put in the orders with atablet right at the table. The food was amazing and the portions are very generous. I had the Mr. Jalapeno fajitas and it was somuch food. I loved it. The salsa bar was also very impressive. All the salsas that I tried were fantastic. I also love thetraditional decor and how clean the entire restaurant is including the bathrooms. What can I say, 5/5 experience. I highlyrecommend it! Read more
