The most bang for your buck period! There was more than one could eat. A bowl with all the goodies we love, Steak & Chicken laid... out on a bed of seasoned rice, bacon, grilled onions and mushrooms, just made guacamole, fresh chopped tomatoes, capped off withpickled jalapenos and freshly chopped cilantro. If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, the employees should be told not to mumble, and smile every now and then.... No more welcome to Moe's I guess since sullen enployees started working there. Second, put up a sign if you're out-of importantthings. I ordered a white chicken quesadilla , get everything on it, and then told the only thing they had was sour cream orvinergarette to put on it. My family tried Moe's carry out for the first time about a month ago. My order wasn't ready at the time Moe's projected nor was... the order of the guy in front of me who said he'd been waiting for around 25 minutes. The food was good but the service waslacking. The workers seemed like they were too busy to acknowledge customers. My 2nd experience was not good either so I'll betrying a different location. I placed a mobile order in hopes that I could run in and run back out when the order was ready. I waited until the time on the... email which was set for 10 minutes after I placed the order. When I got to the store, I had to wait an additional 10 minutespast the time when it said my order was supposed to be ready. The burrito was fine but the chips were soggy and still drenchedin frying oil. If you plan to save time by ordering through the app, don?t. It?s faster if you just stand in line. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. No clean tables, food all over the floors, bathrooms were disgusting, behind the counter... was covered food and trash. The grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days or ever. The hoods above the cook station werecovered in grease and black drippings. The salsa bar was dirty and salsa everywhere. The food had no flavor whatsoever. Iordered a bowl and got exactly 4 medium size pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. I had to keep adding salsa to give the bowlany flavor at all. I will say that the salsa was tasty but I had concerns about the holding temperature and cleanliness. Myhusband ordered a burrito that was falling apart, cold and had hardly no filling or flavor. If I would have seen the restaurantbefore ordering I would have walked out. Ordered tacos online and this was what I received. Two tacos missing all of their ingredients, including the guacamole I paid... extra for. Not only that but the third taco was half way made. Really wish I could say it was good food, but I guess I willnever know. Read more

First, I?d like to say that this is the dirtiest Moe?s I?ve ever been to-constantly. There is trash everywhere, the floors are... dirty, tables remain dirty, and the drink and salsa stations are NEVER attended to. DISGUSTING. We have taken long breaks fromfrequenting this particular store over the past several years because we?ve had so many bad experiences. And, every time we tryagain we regret it. The quality of the food we received today was horrible. The rice was dried out, and the meat was almostnonexistent. None of the 3 burritos we ordered were prepared correctly. The photo attached is how the drink machine was stocked,or not, at 7:30 PM in the middle of dinner, laughable. The management and ownership of this store is subpar and basicallynonexistent, it?s really embarrassing. This will be the last time we even try, after giving this Moe?s store numerous chances wealways end up extremely disappointed. And, we enjoy Moe?s. I?ll just have to continue to pick up from the one near my workfarther from my home on Pelham Rd. That store is clean and regularly prepares food correctly. Read more
