Ordered a $32 cookie cake for my son's 30th birthday. He always liked cookie cakes for his birthday as a kid. The cookie... tasted o.k. but it was totally underdone, barely cooked at all. This particular great American Cookie didn't meet my expectations on this visit. I felt that the youth of employees manning the... store caused most of the issues. It did not appear that a person over the age of sixteen was in charge at the store.small thingswere a problem such as cleanliness of the tables the floor needed to be swept trash cans needed to be emptied and theattentiveness to the customers in the line were not as typically experience with older staff behind the counter.
