Got a deep dish pizza and it definitely didn't look like it was suppose to. Didn't even touch the sides of the box like it... should. The crust was terrible, wasn't cooked all the way....we end up throwing it away. Waited 45 minutes for the pizza andcalled in the pizza. They said 25 minutes it would be ready. Took photo of pizza...and plan on going to store in Simpsonvilleto show them.what it looked like tomorrow Read more
It took 30 mins for us to get dinner. One lady called into the store and 2 to have her ready by 6 and it wasn?t ready. Service... was ok. As a customer felt that the restaurant was badly unorganized and not handled well at all. Read more

I?ve come to this little Caesar and number of times for pizza and so far half of the times I?ve been there there?s been issues.... A prime example of this would be when I order two plain classic pizzas last night. It?s not the end of the world to me that theygave me two pepperoni pizzas instead of what I ordered but I had to listen to three children complain about it all night andthat in itself aggravated me. All I ordered was two pizzas. Please get your orders right on something simple like that. Itwasn?t even like they had to make them after I got there. They were hot and ready pizzas. Read more

Went ordered cheese bread and a regular order of bread sticks. Not only did the food take 40 minutes to get after the person... told me it would only take 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 mins walked back inside the young man said they just put my orderin it would take 7 more min. . Once we received our order it was hard and nasty. So it's safe to say we will never be goingback. They can't say they was short staff cause there was plenty people in the back. Some on their phones and others wherejoking around. . Read more
