Eh. The two tacos I could do without. Small. Not so great. The chicken, fries, and shake were good. Typical fast food fare.
The food isn?t the problem. The problem is they always take forever to answer the drive through intercom. But it got worse... today. I pulled up today to no line and waited 10 min at the drive thru and my girlfriend tried going inside but it was alllocked. It?s now been 20 minutes and There is a girl in line behind us and she said this is the 3rd time this has happened toher where no one answers the drive thru and she knows they were open because she passed by earlier and it looked active. This isat 4 pm on August 29th. I really like the food but this is killing it cause it always takes a long time even when they doanswer. I hope this changes. Screen was on. Lights were on. Just realized no one is in the parking lot. Not sure what is goingon here but it?s supposed to be open 24 hrs. Read more
When there are employees actually present I love this location. Foo dis prepared correctly and they are usually REALLY nice! But... lately, the wait times have increased to over 10 mins. and recently, I have had two experiences where no one was actuallyworking at the store. Door locked, and no one at the drive through. Mobile ordered for this location and pulled into drive thru and clicked the ?I?m here? in app and was charged for my food. It... was only 6:15, waited in line for 10 minutes and no one ever came to speaker even to say hold on. Drove around to window and noone was there, parked and went to doors and they were both locked. Only one white truck in parking lot, no one inside. Didn?tget my food and haven?t gotten a refund. I knocked on drive through window for 5 minutes and nothing. If you?re going to haveworkers leave in the middle of the shift then maybe a new manager is in order who can keep track of their employees. If you?reclosed then your app should reflect that as well. The drive thru was a decent experience, it's the food. The 10 piece nuggets, the color made them look like jalapeno poppers and... they were tiny not worth 5.+ dollars. The "Tacos" were not edible see pictures...I would not let me son eat them gross!!!Keep inmind they are supposed to be hard shell tacos. How can they serve that???!!!!!!????????If an employee can let that be servedthey all should be fired!! The only thing that was any good was the Ranch Bacon Chicken Sandwich. Read more
There 6 dollar cheddar burger was dry smaller then any of there other burgers and they failed to put the cheese sauce on it.... Absolute fail. Also was a double only got a single. Read more
Here at 2:52 and they?re closed. There is a SMALL confusing piece of paper posted in an inconspicuous place on the order box.... The light for Drive Thru Open was on. It?s not hard to turn off the light and make a bigger sign for the drive thru to easiershow that you?re closed. Read more
