This location is seriously lacking management. We have had multiple problems here. In particular today we got to the window ans... asked to add on 2 sprites and were told no. We need to go back through the line. Mind you we asked the second we pulled up. Hesaid there is already a car behind you. My husband was being rushed to order originally. It isn't like the had to make anyfood. Not to mention they made us pull to the front of the building and wait for our food for over 10 minutes. Secondly they areconstantly out of things. Today no OJ. Ordered online for dinner went all the way there to pick it up. When we arrived we found f out they are not open. There website... and Google said they would be open. The website accepted our order. We had to call another store to find out they closed early.I will not recommend this store to anyone in the future Read more
This location is absolutely terrible. How can you not make chicken sandwiches when you are still clearly open for business for... another at least 10 minutes!!!!!???? The service is amazingly bad!!!!! Read more
Ordered and food was good, fresh and hot. Young lady at counter was nice. I picked up food and went to get some ketchup... packets which were all sticking together. I mention that packets are sticky and get " yeah..I don't know why they are allsticky like that". I sit down food..take packets in bathroom to wash off the "gunk". Come back out and she's sittingover at table playing on phone. Maybe on break, I don't know. I finish..and politely ask, with manager glancing over , "CanI offer some customer service advice? When a customer let's you know the packets are all covered and sticky with something,which you know about as you said you do, you may want to actually do something about it, like wash them off like your customerhad to. Came by at 8:40 pm. Employees in the parking lot joking around when I pulled in which is for me they seemed dead. Waited... several mins and no one answered the drive thru. I finally drove around and other employees were in the store. Pulled back thrudrive thru and still no answer. I gave up and left. Read more
Do not go to this one!! They rip off all the elderly, all the online orders. They have took roughly 80.00 from me, and more... recent this morning. I wanted to get give them the benefit of a doubt, but they did. Do not order online from this place, and ifyou spend over 20 dollars, god help. I decided to stop here and grab a bite to eat because i had alot to do so i planned on getting something easy to eat. I ordered... the jumbo chilli dog combo.The chilli was so watery that it ran off the weiner and soaked into the bun. Every bite was a mess,i had to use a bunch of napkin every time i took a bite. This is fast food and as you know customers eat on the go, so itssupposed to be convient and easy but this wasn't. I ended up eating my fries before they go cold and the hotdog when i got to mydestination. I stiil feel like i needed a knife and fork to eat it. Read more
Food was ok. Service was not fast. Drive through was closed !?? Was raining outside. Had to park and go in side. Which when it... was my turn to be waited on cashier didn't act friendly.
