The food is good, the service was good. But it wasn?t flawless. The sandwiches were perfect. Nothing to complain about, but if... I?m honest with you, the fries sucked. This location is consistently the worst one I have ever been too. The service is always slow compared to other locations and... today they gave us fried instead of grilled nuggets. Our fault for leaving without looking first, but it was the only thing weordered so how do you screw that up. If people in Simpsonville believe this is great service I sincerely feel sorry for them. Why is this location ALWAYS filthy?! Tables, floors, and restrooms are always disgusting. The people are always kind and... professional and their service is always exceptional but the cleanliness of the place is really off putting. This Simpsonville location use to be great. Fast, friendly, and orders were always right. Seemed to have high standards for a... fast food place. Lately, many times, something is missing and I don?t realize it until I get home. This morning I go through thedrive through to get my mobile order. First I had to pull up and wait for my spicy chicken biscuit (pulling up and waitinghappens often lately), then a girl brings the bag, I check the bag to make sure everything is in it (bc you can?t trust thatit?s right anymore)- Big surprise, it was missing sauces. The girl hurried away so fast she didn?t hear me. The line was so longI didn?t have time to go back through it. It?s not going to stop me from going there anymore, but they definitely aren?t fastand they definitely don?t get orders correct. They just like all the rest. Read more
