Menu inaccuracies lead to false pricing. Business does nothing to rectify this and employees clearly are not aware of promotions... or prices. Will not honor prices on the menu comes down to a ?guess the price? game. Read more

I am on a quest for a true chocolate shake in this town, and once again, Burger King let me down. The chocolate shake I acquired... today via drive thru was a sad travesty, with only a tinge of Hershey's chocolate. I am about to give up, and accept that theonly good shakes will be made at home. My daughter seems to enjoy those synthetic Impossible Whoppers, but her gut hates them. Read more
I would write this Burger King zero stars if I could! Every time I?ve been there the service is terrible the staff is rude and... the food is seldom made correctly. They screw my special order wiper up almost every time. Call Danny and rings and when I tookthem back up the manager acted like she had an attitude. Also was there on a recent visit and their computer system was down andthey were all nasty to the customers. The upper management of Burger King in the Simpsonville area better take a good look atthis restaurant because it needs help. Service was terrible and rude. Cashier threw my sauce on my tray. Server gave my onion rings to another customer then tried to... hand to me after the other person touched them. The tables were not wiped down and the manager never spoke to any one. This BKis usually terrific but today was awful. I most likely won't be back for quite some time. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a bacon cheese whopper with only mustard, onion, and pickles. And EVERY SINGLE TIME I get Mayo only.... That is disgusting and not even close to my order. This sometimes, including this time, they didn?t even put bacon on it. Just aplain whopper with a bucket of mayonnaise. It cost extra to get bacon on it. The least you could do is remember the one thing Ipaid extra to have. If you can?t remember what toppings then just make it plain with no toppings and I?ll just put mustard on itwhen I get home.
