Waited 20 minutes for a curbside order. Only 1-2 cars in drive thru. Finally decided to go inside pick it up myself, and nobody... was dining inside. Saw at least 3 people working in the store. Only 3 orders on their screens. Picked up my order inside, andthey gave me the wrong items on my order. No gravy with my mashed potatoes, and gave me tea instead of lemonade. No reparations. I didnt get a receipt when I paid. The lady gave me my food and I asked for extra silverware, she didn't say hello or goodbye... was just rude in general. Then I open my deluxe chicken sandwich and there is 1/4 of a teaspoon of Mayo in the middle. Usuallybetter but today it was awful. Read more
Usually a pleasant experience depending on who's working, as with any other place. Management here seems to try their best to... give quality service. Usual Bojangles fare. Chicken usually good, but has been overcooked a couple times. But on the whole, nottoo bad. Read more

The place was very clean inside and out. I ordered in to go. Employees were very friendly and quick to take my order. My order... was fixed quickly. My food was hot and fresh except for my hard,dry and cold fries. I went back in to ask for some more fries.The girl that was given my bad fries went to the same batch of fries to give me another bad batch. A cook from the back came upto me and said she'd make me new ones. She also apologized for my food being bad. She did cook fresh fries. However, when I wentback to car to eat my fresh and hot fries,the rest of my food was cold. The cook's customer service was great! Read more
