I came here and was late to my movie. I have been sitting in the drive-through for 30 minutes and tons of cars are leaving. I... was sitting at the speaker for 15 before anyone took my order. I am not sure if this location is understaffed, but the time ittakes to get through the drive through, makes me not even want to eat at Bojangles anymore. Also, the lack of consistency inwhat time Bojangles is supposed to close (what it says on the internet) versus when they actually will start closing, which isat six or 630 is so annoying Read more

I have gone there several times. Nearly every time I go there, there is some issue. From the person that was preparing the food... in the back messing with his phone the entire time, this seems like it?s always the case. This last time the card machine wasdown so you had to use cash. There were not really any cars in line because of this. So we got our food fast and we?re on ourway. It turns out that the food was not fresh and the order was incorrect. I tried to call to speak to someone but the phonejust kept ringing. Read more

I?m very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service! They wouldn?t honor my free 2 piece after it was in my email for today... only! I tried to order it on the app and no coupon code to show. The manager Michelle couldn?t help me. I called customerservice and the other Michelle wrote a report for documentation. Never did they say I?m sorry for your trouble let me offer youthis??? Nothing anything! i work with customer service and our franchise would never do this! Very displeased and they won?t getmy business again unless I?m honored this original offer they keep advertising about! Read more

Dining room is now open... Stopped in for a butter biscuit on my way to HHS... Always friendly service.. Food quality and... service has really dropped over the past several months.. their food is not worth the price.. I visit 3 ,Bojangles in the areaand it's the same at all three. Read more

Drive thru orders could not be placed. (No sign to indicate the status.) Had to drive around to the window to place one.... Everything was great, however, only giving 4 stars because there was no gravy provided for the mashed potatoes. In or on theside. Read more

Service was more then awful. Ordered a 12 piece of chicken tenders, paid my bill and told to move up to wait for it. Which was... OK, but waiting more then 20 minutes and no communication from them. We went 2x and they told us it would take 4 more minuteafter waiting 15 minutes. We finally recieved it after 15 more minutes. Bojangles at Harrison Bridge, Simpsonville sc . Read more

Average Bojangles. Customer service here is kind of lacking, as it is at pretty much every fast food restaurant around, and... there's really no excuse, because I don't make that much where I work, and neither does anyone else, but almost all of ouremployees are great with customer service. Any who, the food is usually pretty good, and their chicken sandwiches are actuallyreally good. I would definitely recommend the chicken sandwich if you go here. Read more

I visited this location 4 months ago, approximately April 9, 2021. I was given items wrapped in apparently what is considered a... non microwavable/flammable wrapper. I did not eat the biscuit during the morning after purchase but proceeded to reheat itlater. I placed the biscuit in original wrapping (seemingly a waxed material-plain white, no logo) in microwave in the wrapperfrom which it was given. I set the timer for 20 seconds and began to walk away. As I stepped away, I noticed flames inside ofthe microwave. The wrapper, bag- all was Ablaze. I don't feel that I made a bad choice but rather was given an unsafe materialfor microwaving-there was no warning label marked as unsafe. I called corporate in Charlotte to express my concern. It's nowbeen four months. No corporate response, no local response. My appliance is damaged! Other than timing, I've had no problemswith service. I've kept all remaining contents for processing.
