The new owners at Baskin Robin's are great people. They are much better than the last owners. and they give your money's worth.... I give them a 5 star, because they give great service too. What a horrible experience. I miss the old owners who ran a nice ice cream shop!! With the new owners, the lady taking orders... barely spoke English, couldn?t explain the prices other than to tell us they went up all the time and the sign on the drivethrough wouldn?t be correct, refused to provide a receipt (especially after I asked her to explain the prices on a veryexpensive bill for 2 people), and was extraordinarily rude and snippy. They have the best rocky road ice cream ever! Staff was very friendly. Ice cream was delicious.
Just picked up a turkey cake and it was awesome! I got to watch them finish it there with my kids. Very hospitable staff.
