Everything was bad, service bad, food smelt like cleaning solution, tried to call but no answer, called hot line concerned... someone would get sick and they contacted shift leader who took care of problem. She was very nice and showed concern. Couldn'teat food, that bad but was invited to return next week, I might go but not sure yet. Read more

Now that the wagu Burger is available again we tried it. It seems they have messed with it in that it appears to be more dense... than it was the previous time it was released. The texture isn't quite as pleasing. Also I was overcharged , I order my Burger'sspecial, in order to achieve this she sold me the combo which was more expensive than just the burger and a fry and a courtesywater. And then on top of that she added an additional fry . I didn't bother with getting a refund, I know she was trying tohelp. Read more

Took 16 minutes in drive trough to get a #1 comb. The only thing the girl working the window was worried with was getting me... out of her line to pull up to get off her timers. Then they brought me someone else's order . After I pulled the order out thebag I had to take it back in . And I watched them give that food that my hands had touched to another customer. Their Greek Gyro is really good. Their cinnamon caramel shake is DELICIOUS. Oohhh and their strawberry lemonade is a tasty treat... not to sweet or tart. It's just right. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when I asked for fresh curly fries, madeto order. Read more

I had driven three hours from my home to attend a conference and needed something to eat before heading to hotel. The drive-thru... line moved pretty quick but when it was my time to order, things went south. I started with my order and then wanted to changeit but the young lady said I am sorry but it is already in the system so it can't be changed. This is unacceptable and while Icould have easily drove off, I tried to do the right thing. What makes this even worse is the night manager or team leader wasthe one who done the order. In all the Arby's restaurants I have been in, this one takes the cake for poor customerservice. Follow-up: Restaurant called me and offered a free meal next time I am there. That is great, but I live three hoursaway and unsure the next time I would be in the area. It seems they are really concerned about their customers. No mention ofhow wrong the worker was...oh well. Zero stars!! First time trying Arby?s in years!! Well everyone raved about the fish sandwich a while back so I tried the fish... wrap combo. My fries were hot and my sandwich was okay. The fish was a bit greasy and slimy. But the sauce was good. I alsoordered dessert..an apple turnover (inedible)..it was cold and hard as a brick. I definitely don?t remember them being servedcold in the past..further more hours later I feel sick like I need barf my meal all up because it?s obviously impossible todigest..(sorry so explicit)..which reminds me of why I haven?t eaten at Arby?s in years.
