No wonder why there are so many negative reviews. The sign has been on the door for almost 20 minutes and as we walked by and... pulled on the door, the two female workers were assisting two customers inside and just stared at us. Once the two customersleft then I guess the ?clock? started and the 5 minutes begun which has now been almost 25. The picture I took was from rightoutside at a table and now I have counted 12 different people come to try and get in. If the owner is ever concerned with lowprofits, ask the workers. This blatant laziness is unacceptable and again, I can see why this place has more recent negativereviews. A shop that specializes in the customer getting their own yogurt but the workers putting cookies in a bag and ringingpeople up shouldn?t have less then 5 stars. Yes, there are good reviews about the ?cookies? themselves but all the negative onesare mostly about the staff. We took our business to Ghiradelli as did most people that went here. Read more

They have the absolute best cookies ever! Snickerdoodle and sugar cookies are my favorite.

Frozen yogurt is just too expensive. We, a family of 5 had each a cup each. 3 kids and 2 adults. The kids were about half full... with yogurt and some toppings. We were charged close to $43 for that. Yes $43! That?s is just out of this world. Never again. Read more

Went in tonight for the 4th of July celebration out at the outlets. There was one person working and they had a total of maybe... 40 cookies in the entire store. Plates were empty and it was 7:00. This was right in the middle of the whole schedule of eventsgoing on for 4th of July. Out of all nights this should not have happened. Definitely dropped the ball. Also, the entire stockof yogurt was down. THE ENTIRE WALL! Fountain drinks were down, as well as the Icee machine. Nothing worked and the selectionsof cookies were extremely slim. I wish I could give zero stars. Read more

If I could award a zero, I certainly would. I walked in to order a cookie cake and they were not busy at all and 2 employees... just standing around. I requested to order a cookie cake and Shannon, the manager, told me it would be 7:30. I told her that wasfine and requested the 12in cake because I had a Groupon. She then tells me that she can't make it because it requires 24hrnotice. I explain that they have done it in the past and she said no they will not. The manager was very rude when shaking to meso I expect that since management leads by example that her employees are just as rude. It is ridiculous since they obviouslyhad time to mage the cake as before knowing I had a groupon I was told pick up at 7 30 not to mention they were standing around. If you place an order online, it asks for 2 hrs in advance. I will use my Groupon at a different store and never return to thisone. Read more

From out of town on business, stopped in the store to purchase cookies as a thank you treat for the team I was working with. The... employee, Shannon, told me 3 times, that for an order of that size, I " should have called ahead, because they don't keep fullcases during the week. So, if anyone comes in after you they will have to wait like an hour for cookies." my order was only 24cookies, and none of the cookies chosen ended up depleting her stock. I mean, what kind of employee selling a product complainsabout actually making a sale of said product? It was just kind of rude. Read more
