Have been coming here since it opened & this is the first time something like this has happened. Came to watch a movie & mid way... through it I order dessert. 20 min went by & no dessert. I didn’t think much of it because that’s how long it typicallytakes to receive our order from my past experiences. We were brought our check but the movie ended & still no dessert. I was notvery upset until we took our check to a team member after the movie ended to let them know that they charged us but we didn’tget it. He said to me “did you press the button for service again? Next time after about 20 min press the button to seewhat’s going on”. Somehow making us feel like it was our fault. When you order food you expect to not need to remind yourwaiter for it especially if they take your card & charge you for it. Read more
Servers forgot basic order not once but twice also disturbing our movie experience to make sure the order they forgot was paid... in full. (You charged us once already) Jeez Louise.....used to be a great place but also had dirty seats. Get it together Read more
We love going there to watch a movie. The first few rows have reclining seats. You can order food and booze for quite inflated... prices, considering they're all pre-prepared items. Good service, great sound. Overall good fun. Read more
I like walking into the lobby and everything is so clean and open. The two things that did bug me a bit is having the staff walk... around while trying to watch a movie and the pizza. The concept of watching a movie and having dinner is great, but theexecution is not. And the pizza was great but there was way more cheese than there needs to be on a margarita pizza. Read more
