They always going to be taking their sweet time and they almost always forget the food when I do my order I do it through the... mobile app example yesterday I ordered ahead of time before I left my house cuz I am 5 minutes away and took me a few after Iplace my order to leave and I go and they have my drinks ready and they go okay have a good day I'm like my food this ain't thefirst time but it was dead slow wasn't busy and it's happened before when it's dead it's like they don't pay attention to thefood part and when I order through the mobile app they seem to take their sweet time and lag yes I've seen their drive-thrupretty busy but the inside the Dead or there's been a few occasions where my food is ready before my drinks and by the time theydo my drinks my Foods cold I just think they could be a little more efficient and friendlier Read more
Cold brew is my favorite! As for hot coffee, I'm glad they stopped burning their beans. Coffee is still too hot, which destroys... the quality of brew (along with my tongue)! I LOVE the Salted Carmel with a shot of espresso, and their Chai Tea...hot or coldis the best. Staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Read more
My visit was quick and it enabled me to get my drink and get on my way. The room was full of people who were having their needs... met, whether that meant business or pleasure, it was obvious that the "room" was meeting all those needs. I didn't see any emptyseats as I looked around. I guess that's a good sign. Read more
Have been a loyal patron of the old location. First time at the re-opened store? Triple the line, and when I finally get to the... front I'm told they won't do a pour over anymore--only a clover drink for 50% higher cost. Not coming back here any time soon! Read more
