Run by teenagers. I ordered just a black coffee, it was luke warm at best and when I asked for it to be warmer, I was given a... lot of attitude and passive aggressiveness. I went on my birthday to redeem my free drink and this was the 3rd location I went to due to other locations being out of... something to make the drink I always get. This location was also out of something and I let them know my situation and why i wasa little sad when they told me they were out of something. McKay, Jily, Ashley, Nick & Sydney (especially sydney) made me asurprise drink & sang to me & it honestly just made my day so much better.
