This location is not as festive as others. Reminds me more of an old Dennys or IHOP and the mall is pretty deserted and desolate... feeling. One of the worst experiences I had with a low-mid quality dinner. At first, I was waiting 10min to sit (came by myself), while... the restaurant isn't that full, probably lack of staff. And than , the only shining point of this awful restaurant was thewaiter. She came really quick and was super friendly. I ordered a gourmet burger without cheese, and she asked how do I like mymeat. I asked for medium and the meat came well done. She saw my frustrated facial expression and immediately asked me what iswrong. I showed her the meat that I got. It supposed to be red, but it was pretty much white like a well done cooked burger looklike. My side was a sweet potato fries, which was soggy , obviously they have been under fried so she took the entire plate backto get a complete new order. The new plate came with no surprises, same exact type of problem. I wanna know why do you even askhow yo cook the meat if you can't do nothing but well done. And for the fries? Try a little bit more time in the oil, and trymaybe fresh oil, it can add to the flavor. The only good thing about the restaurant was the waiter, she was awesome. Iliterally tipped her more than my entire bill. The food is awful, I strongly recommend you all to eat fast food than that. Andfor the guest relation service, do not comment here, don't waste your time, invest your time to find more staff to make thewaiting experience more pleasant than try to give customers compensation. Used to go here a lot and loved it but it just didn’t feel the same. Pricing is average, nothing special but the drinks (like... the lemonades) are overpriced for what they are. The food was okay, but the burger patties were very bland and the fries were abit soft. Had to ask for drink refills and was also not offered more fries. Overall experience for the total bill, too much.Would we go again, possibly but not a first choice. Read more

This place has an excellent service and food! Big burgers with many options to choose from. Surprisingly, it wasn't as busy as... last time. It can feed 2 kids with one hamburger. I can skip a meal after eating a big burger and endless fries. Read more

Came here on a Monday night and it was not busy at all. Staff was friendly and got seated quickly. The table was a little sticky... and we didn’t get any napkins, had to ask for them. Food came out quickly but wasn’t the best. The medium well burger wasburnt and over cooked, and the bun was hard, almost stale. The fries did not taste fresh. The pretzel bites were lackluster andover salted. The onion rings were on point and tasted great. It was a well priced and cheap dinner and I’d come back, wouldjust order differently. Read more

My husband had a burger with onion rings and I had the Blta with steak fries. The food was good. His guacamole bacon burger was... good and cooked to his liking. I had a freckled lemonade, which is a lemonade with fresh strawberries and was really good. Every thing was kept full and the service was good, the atmosphere was just lacking. Read more

We had a wonderful experience eating at Red Robin today. Our server was very Hospitable and took care of our family. My Crispy... Chicken salad was excellent. All the veggies tasted fresh & crisp. It was so delicious that I ate it all. All in all, I wouldrecommend Red Robin for great food at a reasonable cost. They have plenty of variety that everyone will enjoy. Read more
