Just wanted to give a shout-out to the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Simi Valley, Ca. Stopped by to get my usual popcorn shrimp... combo and was treated to some outstanding service! I picked up my web order at the front desk and the two guys there barely spoke English. I told him my name was Angela very... clearly and he called me Andrew, Angle, and Angel. After I told him A n g e l a very slowly, he got it correct. Then I looked inmy bag and saw that I was shorted a biscuit. He denied that they shorted me a biscuit and I had to rip everything apart to showhim that they shorted me a biscuit. It took them 5 minutes in all to get me another biscuit. By this time, my food was cold!!! IWILL NOT BE GOING BACK! They should have believed me in the first place, but after I showed him inside the bag and then theystill didn't believe me, I had to empty everything out!!!!!! THEN I got my full order. It's popeyes. King of fried chicken. Got the two can dine teddies meal n a biscuit Ala carte. They forgot the extrabiscuits.... Food was so good I didn't even go back to complain about it, was full with my half of the meal anyway. Read more
