Terrible experience! Waited over 10 minutes due a curbside order so I had to go inside and ask for it. Which defeats the whole... point of curbside. Then they gave me the wrong coffee. I ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee. I received a caramel macchiato. Iwent back inside and then I had to wait another 5 minutes to get someone to help. Then he went back and made mine and he made ita small. I asked him and because he was so lazy he said it was a medium even though on the cup it said it?s a small iced coffee.So I wasted 20 minutes and didn?t even get what I paid for. This place sucks! Terrible experience?.We ordered coffees and asked for freshly brewed ones. However, we were served old cold coffee. When we went... back to request freshly brewed, the attendant started questioning us and stuck his finger in the coffee to prove that thecoffee was hot when it wasn?t. That was so rude and inappropriate. Then, they told us to wait for freshly brewed. They made uswait but served us bad coffee again. We threw the coffee in the trash and left. My granddaughter loves this McDonald's I visited California stayed at the Vista hotel and every day we stopped at this... McDonald's and got our Happy meals cheeseburgers and chicken McNuggets the only thing I don't like about this McDonald's is whenyou go into dine in the McDonald's you got no respect and no response from the employees that are there when you make your orderthey give you a number they tell you they will call you when their number comes up but they don't call you sat in the McDonald'sfor over a half an hour waiting for our food to dine in the McDonald's and finally demanded my food and by the time I got myfood it was all cold me and my granddaughter left but I figured out what the problem is at this McDonald's is they take care ofthe people in the cars outside before they take care of the customers inside the restaurant which is backwards it should be theother way. But I'm just saying my granddaughter loves this McDonald's I like this McDonald's only through the drive-thru getbetter service to the drive-thru then you do inside. I don't know how much you pay these people inside but they sure do ignoreyou and go around doing other things instead of getting you your food. Read more
Despite the fact that there were only a handful of customers, we still had to wait over 15 minutes to get our food. The staff... appeared to be working hard, but not much was getting done. One angry customer respectfully asked to speak to the manager, onlyto be informed that they had left. Also, the interior of the restaurant was hot and humid, making our wait seem even longer. Nearly every time I go to McDonald?s they mess up my order. And I use the mobile app, so there?s no miscommunication at drive... through. And yet, I?m always missing some thing (fries, apple slices for kids, drinks, etc.), or given the wrong item entirely.Is there no quality control?? This last visit 5min ago, I only ordered one thing, a sweet iced tea. And what did I get, a Cokeor Dr Pepper. Not hating on soda, just absolutely not what I ordered. Tried to go in to exchange it, the lobby is closed. I haveto wait 15 minutes in the drive-through again to fix this. Not worth it. Not worth going to McDonald?s. I was in a hurry so I trusted they had my order right in my bag. I asked two hash browns and I only had one. I also ordered a... side of hotcakes. When going to eat my hot cakes there was eye lash on my hot cakes. That really upset me. That?s gross. Iordered a water as well to which I also did not receive.
