Good location and food compared to other locations, but they need to change their oil more often. Whenever I stop by their oil... tastes old, but the food is always hot. Horrible horrible service manager got mad beacuse he didn?t do my order right. Charged me more for hes mistake. I ordered 10... tacos 2 jacks munchie meals and they said they can only give me 2 Ranch. Which that seems to a joke to me how can I stretch 2ranch for a big order. Male Manager serviced me both times.. Second time coming here. The first visit I was waiting 4minutes at the counter while he &... 2 other employees were working on drive thru orders. W.e no problem, one customer walked out & refused to wait. Now today, Iorder 3 items, fries & two tacos. I asked for 2 ranch dressing and he only gives me 1 saying it's 30 cents for the seconddressing. 1 ranch is going to have to stretch a long way. Management needs to do better. Asked for a jumbo jack no cheese. The person double checked and asked if I wanted no cheese and I confirmed. The box had a... "drive thru custom" sticker on it.... Inside was a double cheesed jumbo jack. The fries were old and cold. No wonder the want$15 dollar an hour to do a lousy job at their occupation and life. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place. Update: Mywife went back to this location and had a big order through the drive through. The person told her to wait for her debit cardand gave her all the food. She asked if it was all there and the person said yes.... They forgot a order of egg rolls... This is a good Jack in the box. Pretty quick when it comes to the food. Ordering through the app is always suggested as you can... get rewards and some offers from free food to percentage off. The chicken nuggets at this location is definitely suggested asthey do it right. Only issue is drive thru can be a bit slow sometimes and they can?t hear you thru drive thru box, otherwise4/5 easily.
