Absolute delight! We stopped in for a quick lunch break and it was delightful. There's an outside pickup, drive thru as well as... dining inside. Super clean restroom, dining area and counter. First time here for lunch. Fantastic staff was chatting with ourfamily about the quality of the product. Small playground for the kids as well. Read more
Market Salad with warm chicken is definitely my favorite option for lunch on a hot day. Sat inside today, Katie at the register... did an amazing job taking my order and making sure it was prepared to my specifications. We used to enjoy Chick-fil-A, up until Tuesday Oct 12th when my son found a piece of sharp plastic in his cup. I called their... customer care number and spoke to Terrence to report what happened and was told the restaurants are independently owned/operatedso someone from the restaurant would call me about this "mistake" within 2 days. I don't know about you, but I consider thismore than "oops, you forgot to put cheese on my sandwich". My son could have easily swallowed this!!! I called their customercare number again yesterday because I still had not heard back from them. I spoke to a supervisor, Courtney, and she reiteratedthat the store would call me by the end of the day. If not, to call them back. If something like this happens, don't you thinkthey'd be all over this? For a "Christian" company, they don't seem to care. I still have not had a response from anyone. Definitely one of the busier chick fil a especially at lunch time. Employees are kind and quick but there?s been a few times... where they gave me my drink and it looked like it was tipped over. The sauce shortage also became a bit of an issue as we canonly get like 2 per meal. The food is on point and is always delicious. Overall, definitely good but hopefully they don?t spilldrinks. Chick Fil A is a great fast food place when you're craving some chicken sandwiches. Since my work office moved to Simi Valley,... we are now closer to a Chick Fil A so I took advantage of trying this location out. I opted in for the curbside pickup throughthe Click Fil A app, the only thing I would change about their online order is that they give you you estimated time on when topick up for food. It's because your order is not made until you get to the curbside pickup spot and check in so of course you'llhave to wait. I got the Club with American chesse, with large fries and a cherry coke. The curbside pickup area is where thedrive thru exit so look for that area. It's not the most efficient area for pickup cause you can get stuck there if ita busy. Ittook about 6-10 minutes for my food to come out and get deliver to my car. The club sandwich was good but you can only requestfor 1 sauce through the app. Same for the French fries, they give you a max of 2 quantity of sauces. Read more
Chicken sandwiches and such never tasted so good I do like the deluxe chicken sandwich.. which actually makes me feel like I'm... eating something good for me and the veggie department.
