The service was awful, the line up was wrapped around the store and everyone got their order while I waited 20 minutes for a... wrap, they said they had no hash browns so I got bacon and sausage, while finally asked what was taking so long, the girl saidshe has no hash browns, I said I didn't order hash browns, then she said, "well nobody told me!" Honestly the lady at the drive thru today was cold and off putting? Wouldn?t let me finish my order until a nice man took over... to finish, unfortunately one out of the three breakfast sandwiches was missing? the stars given in this review is for the guywho stepped in to finish my order, the other girl needs a lot of training. This store is super busy on weekends, there must have been 10 to 15 cars minimum in drive thru and 20 people lined up inside ,... the staff did a good job getting people through but I would just avoid it on Saturday mornings. The side parking lot is a littlehard to get out of if there is to many people in drive thru they have the exit out to the mall parking blocked off . Read more
Ridiculous. 7:40 am and only one person out of 7 taking orders. With 8 people in line, she stopped taking orders to make... coffee?!? There were so many other people that could have done that to keep things moving. They are so focused on drivethru andonline orders that they completely ignore all the customers actually in front of them Read more
Has to be the worst Tim Hortons in the county. Consistently out of breakfast foods, eggs especially. Extremely slow service,... inside and in the drive through. Staff doesn't seem as concerned with getting orders out as they are with standing aroundtalking while there's a line of people waiting for their coffee and food they've ordered. Read more
