Spent 70 dollars and the worker, Alyssa, threw out food at us and couldn?t even ask if we needed anything. We asked for ketchup,... she threw it in the bag. Paid for extra chicken, didn?t put it in the bag. I went up to ask for forks and she said ?do you needsomething?? In such a snooty voice. If you?re gonna hire people. Wouldn?t even give the KFC Simcoe location 1 star if I could. They deserve 0 stars. Absolutely atrocious to wait an hour for 3... chicken tenders and a 4 piece combo. Not the girl?s faults - they?re understaffed but management needs to help them. They couldhave better attitudes but I wouldn?t be happy working long hours, understaffed either. Read more
I understand how hard it is to find reliable staff willing to work in fast food in this area, but this is pathetic. Just close... the doors until you can actually operate this location somewhat properly. I was parked outside the store. Called to see if theyhad an item I wanted that they are always sold out of. Was told they were closed. I then walked into the store and placed anorder while other went through the drivethrough. They never have online ordering turned on, which makes no sense because theycan't staff well enough to have someone who actually knows how to take your order. Went to grab lunch today drive through was closed so had to park and go in one person in front of me and 2 behind me nobody at... counter to take order. Finally lady comes around from back says someone will come out shortly I don?t know how to do orders.Finally another one come out and instead of taking customers orders she decides to tell the other person how to do the orders.While we stand and wait. The only fast food joint that's never open when you want them to be. They close at 6:00 I was there at a quarter after 5:00 and... the drive-thru was closed very disappointing. They need to fire the manager and I've never seen so many bad reviews, its amazinghow they stay in business..save yourself your time and don't go to this KFC Read more
Thanks for nothing. Went their Sunday June 26/22 to pick up KFC for are family reunion no such luck. Arrived at noon store... totally closed nothing on door saying what's going on. Tried calling several times absolutely nothing. All local family memberswere so disappointed. We all enjoyed KFC for generations not this year. This location needs new owners. Worst service and food from any KFC ever! Staff was very unconcerned their was customers waiting to place orders as they dilly... dallied around! Server talked super quiet and got very rude when ask to repeat herself! Finally got the food and got home wherekids where waiting for supper only to find out that their food wasn?t even in the bag! The chicken was super small anddefinitely not equivalent to even close to 8 pieces maybe 4 and 2 were mainly skin/breading! When called about missing itemsthey were not very nice and said well drive back and get it which isn?t an option as I picked up the food on way home from workand live 20+ minutes away! Definitely do not recommend this location to anyone and I feel this location gives the name KFC a badname when all other locations we have visited before have been great! Read more
