A contender for best breakfast in the Quad Cities, despite not being I the QC proper (it?s in Silvis). Amazing mimosas available... as a flight to sample. Great coffee, which is an absolute must. Pancakes were light, fluffy, and delicious. Smoked brisket inthe skillet was so tender, it practically melted. Omelette was almost as light and fluffy as the pancakes, bacon was crisp anddelicious. Very cute interior, nicely arranged. Outside seating. Staff was very friendly and appropriately attentive. Food was good... portion. I had the brisket hash and eggs. Very good although next time i will ask for no cheese on top. I give it 5 stars andwant to try the french toast. Read more
We had a great experience. The service was excellent. It was a Saturday at the brunch hour and the place was hopping. We had... zero wait time but did have to sit at a high table. No big deal for us. Small mimosa flight- yummy & fun. Scrambler sandwichwas delish. The aioli adds a bit of spice. And the pototatoes are the bomb! We will return! Next time we will try the sweettreats for breakfast. DO NOT order online they will not make your order until you show up! They're not attentive enough to see to order ticket on the... counter......??????????? the place wasn't even that busy. So I went back to get my order, the walk to the bar waited a fewmoments nobody acknowledged me I saw the to go and the receipt sitting on the counter so I grabbed them my order was supposed toinclude a coffee that wasn't even prepared I had had enough and I left! To add to insult to injury, They don't even payattention to what I entererd in the notes, that's in bold letters across the top of the receipt!! I asked specifically forextra strawberry jelly I got grape. I asked for a little extra butter got nothing. Both others were also suppose to get fruittotally missed the boat on that one too!
