First I?d like to say I like subway sandwiches. When I worked in downtown Salem I frequently ate at the Broadway St. Subway-it... was well run and the sandwiches were well made. Sadly I can?t say the same for the Silverton location. Yesterday I used the appto order two sandwiches-a good deal since it was a BOGO on footlongs. They delivered them to me in the parking lot on time asrequested. The place was completely empty of customers when I drove in. The disappointment started when I unwrapped thesandwiches at home. The sandwiches were not marked so I could tell them apart without unwrapping one but I knew my Veggi Delightwas supposed to be toasted so I gabbed the hot one and took a bite. Unfortunately they toasted the wrong sandwich so I had justtaken a bite out of my son?s sandwich. The ?Champ? sandwich I?d ordered for my son was disappointing unlike the photo on theapp. Now I didn?t really expect it to look like a photoshopped promo pic but ,seriously, this looked downright unappetizing.There was hardly anything on it! Then I got my Veggi Delight- of coarse it was not toasted as ordered but also they forgot theCHEESE! There was only a light dusting of veggies and some sauce- they did get the sauce right. I live 2 miles away from thisSubway so I have been here before. The only time I can say I was happy with my order was when they offered the BBQ Brisketsandwich- meat,BBQ sauce, bun- hard to screw up. My advice is if you eat here don?t use the app-go in and watch them make it asyou hold their hand to make sure it?s as you expect. As for me- never eating here again. Read more

Waited 40 minutes for a 6 in sandwich with 5 things on it. Feel sorry for the few underpaid employees there. A chain this big... should hire enough people to actually run the store. Read more

Wonderful service! You could tell they were busy inside and we were in the drive through. We had to wait a little bit but it... wasn?t bad due to the awesome service. the gentleman taking our order had a super deep voice and purple hair and he was verykind and had a very calming vibe. I hope your store treats that boy right and notice his worth ! We will be coming back strictlybecause of him and his kindness. Read more

Food was fine. I'd give it a zero on consumer service and consistency. Prices change weekly. Prices different by $5 or more if... place online to pick up or order at drive through. Cashier can only push buttons and do what screen says. Will try and chargeyou full price for chips and drink instead of meal price if they didn't make it with original order when they were ordered, evenif coworker stands there and says, oh yeah they ordered it, I have the drink here. I went through the drive thru. Was very clear on my order. When I pulled up, the girl asked me what kind of Sandwich I wanted... because she forgot to ask. Okay that?s fine. Then she tried charging me for a foot long when I ordered a 6inch. So I told her itwas a 6inch. When I got my sandwich and drove off I checked my order to see if she got it correct. It was the wrong bread, itwasn?t toasted like I asked. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, I got 1 slice of bacon, turkey meat, 3 small halfslices of onions. Maybe like 5 slices of bell pepper. No cheese. To top that off the service was mediocre for it being slow.Sad. Read more

My husband and I went to get Subway and it was super busy with lines out the door! The employees were composed and friendly to... the core. I couldn't help but notice that each person that came in was welcomed while answering the many over the phone orderswhile assisting drive through customers and in person orders. The employees work extremely hard and I commend them for beingfriendly despite the craziness. Also, my sandwich was tasty! Read more
