It's been ages since I got Dominoes. When I opened the pizza box, it smelled like rancid cheese, there were almost no toppings,... and it was too small to be a large. What a waste of money. The best thing about this purchase was delivery driver who friendlyand fast. I'll keep supporting local at Home Place and Old Oak Pizza. Read more
Placed an order online during business hours only to have it canceled for no apparent reason. Called to find out why, but no... answer after calling many times and letting it ring many times. Not sure why they are turning away business??? Read more
It?s really great when you got a free pizza, but wow good luck trying to redeem that free pizza. Because it?s like trying to get... ahold of the president with these folks. I order online and the system is down and sends you error code to call a number thatgoes straight to voicemail that re routes you absolutely nowhere for 5 mins straight while the automated agent voice makes youwant to throw your phone out the window. Call the main customer service and that one tells you to email them. Did I misssomething here? Did this place close their doors or something? Gee whiz probably the most horrible pizza company in town to bestuck with. I will never ever order another pizza from this place. I can only hope somebody decides to open up a new pizza placehere I will gladly refer anyone and everyone away from this place. Read more
Had problems with the online ordering system. Over the phone I placed order at 2:20 in the afternoon. and I had to go up to the... store and pick up our order at 4:00. was told my order was put in for a specific time Which I never placed an order withit.Expected delivery but never showed up. My biggest problem was that I called and called trying to find out where my orderwas .No one ever answered the phone put on terminal holdl An advertisement loop for over 10 minutes !And nobody ever answered.So Shelby who's supposedly the manager failed me. The girl that put my order together in a hurry when I got up there did a goodjob .I asked for the disrict manager or franchiseowner.To share my concerns and got a B.S.#. to call. Read more

Haven't had a Domino's Pizza in probably 30 years but it was the only place close by that delivered. have to say it has... improved somewhat. Delivery was fast although the pizza had obviously been tilted sideways as it was all in one corner with theslices piled on top of each other. Pizza was decent but their prices have certainly gone up. Used to be cheap now it's up therewith the rest of the pizza parlors. Had the thin crust and it was done right nice and crispy sauce was okay and ingredients wereokay. If I wanted a pizza and they were the only one around I would order it again, but if I had another choice I would probablytry it. It's Dominos it is what it is. Update... Ordered from them several times since initial review. Have to say I've beenpleasantly surprised. Has been consistently decent for the money and very fast delivery. Nothing fancy but good pie. Too ignorant and or stupid to even maintain proper hours in google business. Or they have employees that won't answer their... phone. In either case this is a completely unprofessional business run by people that obviously can't handle abusiness. Literally take your money ANYWHERE else for better anything. Read more
