Reviews for The Eureka Station in Silverton, CO
The service and staff were friendly and efficient, Misty was great. We both ordered steaks - came with garlic potatoes and... spinach. Soup of the day was musroom potato. Two empty bowls and clean plates, steaks were cooked perfectly and very savory, sides were tasty. Definitely recommended. Read more
I was quite pleased with the food and service here. We had the bison meatloaf and bison lasagna, both were excellent. Really... no complaints, except I sat facing the interior and the wife had the view out of the window at the mountain. That's my fault Iguess. Read more
Amazing service and great food! Shout out to our server, Rachel, she worked her ARSE off for a full house, and was still... attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the Fish & Chips and Bison Meatloaf! Read more

We love eating here multiple times when we stay in Silverton. The food is fantastic compared to any other place in Silverton and... the service and drinks are delicious. Make sure you show up early and/or expect a wait because they definitely get busy! Read more
I ordered the roasted beet salad and, well, there were definitely beets and not much else. A few leaves of spinach, some goat... cheese. I paid $14 for a plate of sliced beets drenched in vinegar. Not a well thought out dish. I'm now going to get real foodfrom another restaurant. Read more
We had the best time here! The drinks are delicious, crazy unexpected drinks on their drink menu. We got to meet the owner who... is super cool, and the bartender was also super cool. We are visiting from Texas and are so glad that we found them on our lastnight here in Silverton. Read more
My husband and I have been ?passing? through Silverton for many years, but always for a couple of hours. We only stopped during... lunchtime. This last time, we finally stayed overnight. We were lucky enough to find this little gem hidden on BlairStreet. They are only open Wednesdays through Sunday's, from 5 to 9 PM. We started with a couple of beers, I had the Fat Tire. And the Pork Belly Appetizer, which was cooked to perfection! Incredible taste and texture. We both had the Three Cheese BisonLasagna for our main course, and I had a side of Spicy Potatoes and Carrot Soup. This was by far the best lasagna I?ve everhad. It came with spinach and two pieces of toast. I hope their chef never leaves them because the guy knows his craft! I can?twait to go back to Silverton and have another amazing dinner at the Eureka Station. Make sure to get there right at 5 PMbecause the place gets busy pretty quickly with all the locals. Read more
