Amazing restaurant. Easily the best food in the area. They have unique options, like elk tenderloin (which is extremely... delicious), devils in horseback, and bone marrow, as well as classics. We had a really nice mea after a day of skiing and snowboarding at Keystone. Our server was Mario and we had an overall great... experience. They were very diligent about gluten free options. Even the pork belly fried rice had gluten free soy sauce. Thewhipped goat cheese was a solid appetizer although I would love more “veggies” next time especially since we don’t eat theusual pita that comes with it. This was one of my favorite stops I made during my trip. I had their floral mule and the elk tenderloin - both were absolutely... delicious. The elk was tender and it cut like butter, not to mention that it was packed with flavor! I also tried their applecaramel cheesecake which was a delightful dessert! I overall had a very pleasant dining experience and will come back here againin the future. I’d love to try their brunch! Read more
