I just can say WOW the staff it?s the best they always have a huge smile, I go to subway almost three times per week they have... the place always clean, my sandwich or my pizza it?s always on point I totally recommend this place you will love it congrats tothe manager and Adriana they make my day when I go over there???????? I don't normally believe in giving poor reviews since I've worked in service for years, and I know people have good and bad... days, and usually work way harder than we see at a very difficult job. But I just wouldn't go to this Subway at allanymore. I've ordered online pickup here 3 times and had a negative experience every time. The first time I sat and waited 20minutes after arriving. No problem, sometimes you get busy cleaning and don't notice an order came in online. I'm prettypatient. The second time it was empty in there, but the person said they didn't have any online orders, and rolled their eyeswhen I pulled out the app to check my order confirmation and confirm I was at the correct address. An easy mistake, I thoughtmaybe it was my fault. But I was at the right store. She kept arguing with me though, until I pulled up the app and the emailconfirmation and re-ordered the food with her. She did not seem happy at all to do it. I just generally felt guilty pushing itat all, and I didn't wanna be rude or push her if she was busy with something, but I had prepaid already and I'm broke. Thistime was the worst though. I ordered online again, pre-paid again, and about a half hour later, walked in to grab it. Thisperson just said "No" and stopped me when I walked in. I was kind of confused, but wanted to be polite and tried to ask about anonline order. But she just kept saying "No" and shooed me out of the store. So I got no food, got shooed out, even though Iprepaid for it. To be clear, none of these instances were anywhere near closing time or during wild rushes, just average 4-6pmrange. I try not to come in during the last hour of the night. I'm trying not to be upset with the people working because, likeI said, it's an exhausting job. But I just can't do it anymore here, and I'm too broke to go buy dinner somewhere else now. Read more

Bad service. Lady gave me dirty looks and stared when I walked in, then I ordered a footling meatball and there were only 6... meatballs left. She tried to just spread them out and add sauce and sell it to me like that. Then I requested the normal amountof meatballs, she had to go get them and cook them.
