I ordered white mocha with almond milk. Drove off and it has milk???? The label on the cup read Almond Milk. I'm lactose... intolerant so I couldn't drink it. I couldn't turn around to let them know as I was getting on the highway. Make sure to tasteyour drink before driving away!! Read more

Terrible customer service. Stopped to charge my Tesla next door. I walked in to the lobby and was told they were short staffed... and the lobby was closed. So I walked over to the drive thru because it was the only way to order. Even though there was only 1car at drive up window and no other cars in line, I was told I couldn't walk through the drive thru. 4 workers and only 1 carbut they couldn't be bothered to take my order. :( To top it off, 20 min later, after car had finished charging and I wasdriving away I see people walking out of the lobby with coffees ?? This starbucks always has problems. Closing early, no supplies . Shame on the district manager for allowing these standards.

Good service, plenty of seating. It's a bit hard to work the drive thru. Don't go the wrong way! Busy place in ski season.
