What a find! The Oak Table Cafe was such an interesting restaurant, from the Guinness records awarded to the owner, to the... Beattles music sheet, to the decoration and layout of the building. The food was outstanding - the pancakes were butterysmooth, a great comfort breakfast for sure. I'm planning on stopping there again next time we're in the area. Read more

This is a high end breakfast place. The food is exceptional and delicious. The staff is attentive and well mannered. We enjoyed... our Apple pancake Souffle and the pigs in a blanket, their sausages are exceptional. The sourdough pancakes were alsodelicious! Expect to pay twice or more $ as your average diner. This is understandable as soon as you review the menu. Read more

I was honestly disappointed. I had heard such amazing things about this restaurant from my friends who live in the area, so I... was very excited to try it. The wait was an hour, which was expected. After we were seated, our waitress came and took our drinkorder. I paid $5 for an Arnold Palmer that honestly tasted like it was from Wendy's. Drinks aside, I ordered the baked mushroomomelette, which took over an hour to come out. The restaurant was also very stuffy and warm, as there was no moving air (atleast no noticeable moving air). Once the omelette arrived, it looked rather colorless and bland, and the taste mirrored that.It was under seasoned, and under cooked. Not by a long shot but definitely noticeable. The redeeming factor was the Dutch babyand the Bloody Mary. Both were absolutely phenomenal and the flavor profiles of the Bloody Mary were exquisite. Overall I'llgive the experience a 3/5 because I think they can do better, and I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt with WhalingDays being in town and them being super busy. I plan on returning at a time that there aren't major events in town, with thehopes of redemption. I will be updating my review accordingly to reflect my experience after I return. I'm holding out hope forthis staple of Silverdale. Read more

This could be our new favorite breakfast place. We went on Father's day, so it might have been busier than normal. I had... buttermilk pancakes with a side of bacon, & my wife had eggs benedict. It was all good. My wife said her dish wasn't the bestshe's had, but it was close. Plenty of food & good service. Well definitely be back. Read more

Always bustling and a long line of customers waiting for the perfect breakfast! It is worth the wait! The Eggs Benedict is a... favorite of mine, along with the Potato Pancakes ( served with fresh apple sauce and sour cream.) You need to try their "freshlysqueezed" orange juice. Plenty of comfortable seating; but the word is out (best breakfast in town.) Slightly, spendy....The OakTable is always packed with hungry, happy patrons. Make sure you put your name on the list, right away, when you arrive.Enjoy! I love the Country Farm atmosphere and the happy, helpful wait staff. This restaurant kicks it up a notch. It is almostlike going to a Disney World "themed" eating establishment. They really want to please, and have their customers, enjoy amemorable "experience." We also, came here on my daughter's fiancee's 21st birthday. They have delicious breakfast Mimosas. Read more

Very spacious, clean, and cute restaurant on top of the hill with great views (can see Mt. Rainier on a nice day). Very friendly... and hospitable staff. Their specialty German or Apple Pancake is definitely worth a try! Crepes were also tasty and their freshsqueezed juices so delicious. It does get packed on the weekends but the wait is not too bad; we were seated sooner than wasoriginally estimated. They do not have the lunch/sandwich menu offerings during the weekend. The biscuit and gravy is also nolonger on the menu. Read more
