Says thet are supposed to be open for inside dinning but they have a sign that says inside dinning closed. Will we ever get to... order and dine inside ever again? Tired of sitying in a drive thru for them to take forever. They don't pay for the gas I wastewaiting in a long line. Read more
Dramatic dip in food quality lately...nearly every order out of this place over the last couple years has been bad (cold/dry... patties, stale buns, cold/soggy fries, etc). They still have their lobby closed as well. All the other chains are back at 100%except BK for some reason. Read more
Absolutely horrible. Came from Taco Bell with atrocious service, and had an employee kaugh at me when trying to open the door... for in dining. What a disappointment these establishments have become. 3 Cars in drive thru this evening. Sat there 45 min to order. Sat another 30 min to pay. WOW... add that up. 1.25 hours to get... 2 orgonal chicken sandwiches. Sucks nothing else was open. And I was hungry after working 15 hours. Should have napped. Maybeit would have have good breakfast. Can't get out of drive thru once in there, with 6 cars behind me. Used drive through tonight. They forgot my order, my friends got their food. I only got my drink. Got home and that's when... noticed no burger. It's OK I didn't really want to eat anyways. Tried to call, no one answered. I've worked at JITB before,it's not hard to double check to make sure everything is there. Read more
It's marked as dine-in available both in Google Maps and the Burger King app, however when I got here they have a sign on their... door saying dining room closed. I was still able to take my bike through the drive thru and the staff was friendly and helpful.Food was ready quick and the fries were warm. Read more
NEW 9/24/21 It's been a while since eating food from Burger King (Silverdale location), although I can say about a month ago I... stopped and grabbed an ice tea and promptly tossed it after the first drink, it was so weak, it resembled water more thantea. Yesterday, I was in the general area of Burger King and was hungry; I thought to myself that a regular hamburger is easy,quick, and less possibility of them failing on making it, well they proved me wrong! Twice while ordering, I verified it was aregular hamburger I wanted: ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions; both times, they repeated it back to me, and it showed up ontheir board I could verify that it was what I wanted. I pulled forward, paid (they gave me no receipt), received my bag, andleft. I did find it strange that my burger was over two bucks, however everywhere has raised food prices; why should they be anydifferent?! I drove to my next destination and decided to eat in the parking lot. I was disappointed to find a cheeseburger(not a hamburger) that had so much ketchup and mustard on it; I took a napkin and wiped it around the burger, I bit into it, andit squirted all over my steering wheel! I grabbed another napkin, and out came a receipt; they charged for a whopper junior, wasgiven a cheeseburger but wanted a hamburger! There goes Burger King, at least for a little while, had I not been so far away, Iwould have returned it and asked for the right one, oh well =( ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So what's all the hype about Burger Kings tacos?Today I decided to try one for lunch; after all, they are just one dollar. Exactly how you would expect from a Burger King except they consistently not open to due staffing shortages. Only place I know... where something like this is a problem every time I've come here over a month period. Can't recommend coming here when they arehardly ever open and their hours don't reflect that. Probably indications of not treating their employees right since they canget no one to work there.
