The wings were definitely tasty, the staff were friendly, and the "buy one, get one half off" deal was good. Food was subpar bar food at best, waitress was nice and friendly. My issue is mostly with management and payment issues. We went... here only because we had a gift card but when it came time to pay they apparently couldn?t run our gift card and said we had topay another way and that were was nothing they could do but they had no issues running our debit card. Management was happy totake our money and not offer any solutions to the problem in any way. Management also didn?t step in to speak to us about thematter but left it to be dealt with by the waitress who was clearly uncomfortable with the situation. Read more

Took awhile for us to get the waiter to come and give me my friend, boyfriend and I a drink. Note, it wasn?t very busy. Barely... anyone was here. Then, when I got my wings they were barely warm? also noticed my friend got his way before my boyfriend and Igot ours, which we got ours at the same time. Took like 10 minutes to 15 minutes and another waiter came to bring us our food.The waiter that was our server, she was helping the table right across from us! Literally the only thing good was her asking usabout refills on our water and when she brought mozzarella sticks and said sorry for the wait, even though I didn?t have to waitking for it. Read more
The sauce is a bit much. We also ordered a large fry, it didn't look like much.
I ordered 3 piece tenders with cheescurds and this is exactly what I got. What is this? And why are there so very little cheese... curds? All for $12? Not worth it. If you?re trying to have a meal I suggest you go to McDonald?s. You?ll actually get more for$12 than BWWs. Read more
When we walked in the hostess asked us "just two?" We told her we were picking up and she points to the corner and goes "over... there." Seemed annoyed for some reason, maybe bad day? We picked up our order, ladies over there also seemed annoyed. There wasno crema in the box for the quesadilla we ordered. Dirty dubs taters came with peppers on them when I asked for them on theside.. Take out food was good and hot, but huge issues with quality on celery. When I called to let them know and to check it, Iwas told it was probably just that one bag. When I told her it was all of them she goes " okay ????" I was just trying to dothem a solid to let them know before they got someone who was unreasonable about it.. but I was met with uncaring irritationfrom the person who answered the phone. What can I say? Different sports on all screens and the bartenders are ways great! Do yourself a favor and stay away from the... boneless wings. Get the traditional ones they are on point. Read more
