Besides the shake machine being down, and that they did not get the entire order correct, it was still enjoyable.
This would have been a much higher rating except for the cleanliness at the counter. They have a plexiglass case of desserts... that is COVERED in a deep dusty, greasy film. I pointed it out 3 visits in a row and the response was, "Oh, we are short staffedso we can't get to all the cleaning that's needed". It would have taken someone 1 minute clean. Needless to say, if they can'tkeep things in guest view clean, I would hate to see the kitchen. Read more

Food is always great but the service today lacked. Stood here for 10 minutes before being asked if I had been helped. The female... employee was very unpleasant and glaring at everyone in the lobby while she stomped around grumbling shouting about ?ugh moredoordash orders?. When I placed my order she snapped ?We aren?t suppose to allow this but I guess I will allow it today?. Ifyou?re having a bad day, leave it at the door when you come to work.
