I have ordered from Valenciana several times. At this point I have ordered nearly everything on the menu. (The exceptions are... dishes with mussels, as I would only order those if I am dining at the restaurant.) I must say that Valenciana is nothing shortof AMAZING!!! Every single item I ordered was absolutely the best version I have had of that item. Now, just to make sure youknow what that means coming from me: I have lived in Spain for a whole year, while studying Spanish. That?s two semesters inValencia, no less. I have had my fill of authentic Spanish cuisine. I have had patatas bravas at countless corner bars, and at acouple upscale restaurants. I have had paella cooked in the street, as is tradition. The food served up at Valenciana isexceptionally authentic. It is clear that the cooks in their kitchen know what they are doing. I have never been disappointed bythe quality. Their paella preparation is elevated (more refined) than street paella ? as you would expect from a restaurant thatoffers table service ? while still being true to what paella is. ?And this is why I want to visit the restaurant with a groupof vaccinated family and friends. Excellent food. I had one of the bowls and loved how the chef mixed different flavors. The tortilla is also fantastic.
Amazing food for a great price!
I stopped by this gem as it?s walking distance from my apt and was pleasantly surprised! I tried the black paella and it was the... best authentic paella I?ve had in my life - 100. Flavorful, quality seafood, great rice texture. I was so enchanted w the visualof the paella and smell, I forgot to take a pic of the pretty plating. I?ll be trying their $12 bowls thru ubereats now bc forthe pricing, the food quality and taste is fantastic. Read more

I loved the food! It was DELICIOUS!!!! The guy who took our order was kind, explain the menu and even offer us a free Arroz con... Leche. However, after he left, the customer service was not good. The other guy who attends to us was all the time on his phone,and when my brother asked him when will Churros be available, he ignored my brother completely. Then, I asked if I could get thePaella to-go, and another man told us Paella is already to-go. However, after that, two people brought us the Beautiful Paellato our table, and I had to tell them if I could get it to go. I felt really bad because the Paella looked so good and the cookertook the time to make it beautiful and Delicious. After that, I felt really bad and I had to leave without the free Arroz conLeche cuz I felt uncomfortable. In short, the food was SO DELICIOUS and I happy to have a place with this types of dishes closeto my house. The quality of the dishes is SUPERB. However, the customer service should be improved.
