Food taste like everything was cooked in the same grease I had fried croaked and plaintains... anddd the section we were provided was small as he'll and when we asked fir a bigger section we were not accommodated and therewas other sections available. Nice space, selection of whiskey at the bar could be better but the food makes up for that. The jerk wings are excellent
My experience was HORRIBLE! I took my sister out for her birthday and brought a table not knowing it had been reserved already.... Miscommunication none of the staff helped fix the problem. Found HAIR in my food. Managers refused to give us money back forhookah we did not use and food we refused to eat! It is still unclear who manages the place. The guy who claimed he was amanager acted goofy and did not take anything serious. I would NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Completelyignored and spent so much money and tipped. **Update Thanks ?owner? for your reply. As an FYI, I do not sleep with my windows open?it?s winter. I do also realize I?m in an... ?entertainment? district, but there are also noise regulations/ordinances your establishment must abide by as well (justsaying). Loud music, DJ constantly yells into the microphone until 2 am. Not sure how people do not have hearing loss. Thisplace has woken me out of my sleep because of the NOISE! Let?s not mention the random screaming matches of the patrons once theestablishment closes at 2 am? *sigh* Did I mention this happens every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday/Tuesday? Yes,music is BLARING as I type this review at 2 a.m. Please have some respect for the folks who pay good money to reside in theresidential building across the street. Read more
Food is so good, the DJ is great and plays a variety of songs. Always a good vibe when I come with my friends. The bottle girls... are super pretty and have good customer service skills. Overall management is nice. Read more
It was cool I had the jerk wings. I came to support a friend. I will say it's pricey. I got 5 wings and fries for 15 bucks. Imma... be honest Continental is better and you get 8. But I will say the service is good for a late night. Bartenders are cute anddrinks are nice. Read more
