I?ve been patient with this store inside safeway since they don?t usually have everything a stand alone Starbucks has. I?ve been... patient with them not getting my drink right or telling me they?re out of something or someone didn?t stock during their shift.But today, I come close to the counter say hi to the girl and she immediately puts her hand up as she?s eating and tells me ?I?mon break!? I said no worries thanks and left. If she?s on break why is she behind the counter? If she?s on break why isn?t thesign put up that they?ll be back or are closed for 30 mins or whatever. It's Starbucks, the coffee is ok. While sitting by myself, at socially distanced tables, drinking my coffee the barista yelled... for me to put my mask on. Really, we're all just trying to get through this but use your brain. I'm following the rules, what doyou want from me. Read more
A couple days ago i went to starbucks. I got the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I read her name tag and I... believe her name was Nicole. She kept rolling her eyes and she did not even ask me what i wanted, she said ?what you want? insuch a disrespectful tone.. i dont know if sis was not having it that day but i dont know how people like that get employed. ihave a fast food job and sometimes i have a bad day but i will never go out and disrespect the customers the way that, the youngwoman did .. such a shame that starbucks hasnt correct her .. hopefully you guys do! Update: I'll give the customer service props. Will try again. Update: 1Star. $6 on 1 coffee. Got the wrong order and it... tastes rancid. Unless that can be fixed, I can't justify $12 for a single cup of coffee... Employees are nice .Employeescashier for Safeway also, so during peak hours there is no one around, no signs outside of 'open'. This Starbucks is in the Safeway in my neighborhood and is very convenient. Most of the staff are very courteous except for one... older lady who has been there for a while and barely bothers to say hello. I pretty consistently have my drink made incorrectlyand when I bring it to their attention, there are more excuses and no attempt to fix it. Sadly the convenience keeps bringing meback. Maybe there are different standards for Starbucks inside of stores vs free standing ones. Oh yeah and the place to sit isvery dirty. And worn down. Read more
