The bartender was very friendly. The cook did a spectacular job. I loved the homemade aioli that went great with the burger and... fries. The chocolate mousse cake was rich and yummy. I came on July 31st. I?m definitely coming here very soon. My favoriteburger so far btw?.that?s coming from a former Five Guys employee. I had an amazing night! Thank you so much Silver Strings! Staples found in our food. Then was blamed that we put them there after confronting the owner?! We were being polite and calm... about it but said we can't eat that. He got incredibly defensive threatened to call the police on us if we didn't pay. We wereastounded. When my buddy showed it to him, the owner picked it up out of his plate and tried to dispose of it nonchalantly likehe was hiding it. Never seen anything like it. Please someone tell Gordon to come tell this clown to step his game up or shutdown! He's obviously in the business for the money not the food. Everything was obviously pre frozen and tasted pretty awfuland soggy, not to mention it was wayyyy over priced. Looked like a classic place you might see on the TV show KitchenNightmares with Gordon Ramsey where they show the worst restaurants! Was completely empty in there and now I know why! He triesto make it look upscale when they're doing everything as cheap as possible. I'll always remember this as the worst restaurantin to metro area by a LONG SHOT. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!! OR RISK STAPLES IN YOUR MEAL!!!!! Read more

The ambiance of this spot is all that it?s cracked up to be - relaxed sophisticated and inclusive. Options for bar, table or... stuffed arm chair seating. Live music. Hard wood and stained glass Tiffany-esque lighting. But the cocktails and food arelacking?.got the bees knees cocktail and the New York ensemble. Cocktail tasted like unsweetened lemon water. Steak was bothunder and over cooked somehow and definitely under seasoned. Mac was under seasoned and over cooked. Veggies were clearly frozenbeforehand. I was originally served my entree noticed it didn?t have the crostini, mentioned it and then was told ?me and thecook didn?t even know that was included!? Not a good look. Wish I could have stayed to see the show tho. It?s a dinner and ashow spot. Go for the show, skip dinner. Read more

We thought we lucked out when we needed a backup restaurant for our friends birthday dinner and found this place empty and... waiting for us around the corner, boy were we wrong. This place was a ghost town on a Saturday night for a reason! The menuisn't particularly large or varied but it still took over an hour to get our food and then when it arrived, some items wereinaccurate to what the description said. Taste wise the food was very basic and over priced, I think we would have been betteroff at Dave and Busters. The chef in particular was rude when we tried to send items back. Ended up leaving hungry. The placehad an old school American charm decor wise and the waiter, Francis is a nice guy so I give 2 stars instead of one. Definitelywon't be coming back though. Read more

Im giving it 3 stars because of ambiance and the bartenders doing a good job, but the food was not good at all. We had an order... of the chicken wings and an order of their New York Strip (both of which have a slightly different name on the menu, but you getthe point.) We got there at 9:40 or so and the kitchen is supposed to close at 10 or so which is the only benefit of the doubtI would give the chef. But as we sat down at the bar, the bartenders got slammed with a flood of customers coming in; thetheater next door had apparently just let out. Anyways, I thought the bartenders handled the rush fairly well. They took ourorder in time, and the food and drinks came out at a reasonable time. But things went downhill from that point on? We orderedthe wings double fried which came out cooked normal and not well done, but overall I would say the wings were? mehh? okay. Andas for the steak, It could hardly get any worse! We ordered the steak medium, and it came out well done. It was a thin cut ofsteak which explains why it was so over cooked. It was dry and tough. It did not have enough salt, and hardly any pepper at all.It was only seared around the edges, and the center was mostly just tough, over cooked, meat. I had to ask for some A1 sauce soI can eat it. Keep in mind, at $26 this was not supposed to be a cheap little flat iron stake you get at a greasy spoon diner, but it closely resembled one. The ambiance was really nice though, and I think some nights they have live music, which would?veprobably improved the experience, but like I mentioned we went on a weekday, at around 9:40 or so, and there was no live musicat that point. If you can catch the live music, its probably gonna be a nice experience, but for now avoid their steak at allcosts. And if the chef reads this, i hope they improve the menu for the better, because I think the restaurant has a lot ofpotential. A smaller but thicker cut of steak, a nice sear, some good old black pepper and a m Read more
