Have been in several times over the years and always thought it was good. Lately, the restaurant has become our favorite Pho... place in the Baltimore-Washington area. The aroma of Pho when you walk in the restaurant is wonderful. Service was good and everything was quick with no issues. A nice... local place to come eat and enjoy. Pho Tai: Very good volume of noodle for a large bowl, much more than expected, way more! Thebroth is very good, the aroma and taste is perfect. I cant put my finger on it, but they use good spices in the mix. The beefis nicely sliced, but I prefer much thinner, but still good. Overall, it was somegood Pho and I highly recommend it. SpringRolls: Simple ingredients, nothing out of the ordinary here. Rice paper wrapped with shrimp, rice nodles, and some prechoppedlettuce. The sauce that comes with it is great though, but not enough wow factor to try again. Still yummy though for firsttimers~ Lemongrass Tofu: Not enough hit with the lemongrass. If they added more fresher lemongrass and some red pepper on topof the fried tofu, it would tastes much better, suace it comes with is good though. Its good to try, but for me, one time isenough. I think going here for the Pho is best, overall nice local feel to the place. The price is good too at $13-ish a bowl.Ill difinitely come here again for some local Pho. Read more

Our order was very mixed results for taste and quality between the Fried Tofu and Vegetable Pho and the Beef Stew. Starting... with the Pho, they use a different spice in their broth, it came across as an Indian flavored soup, and we cannot figure out theseasoning. The vegetable was good, the tofu was dried out, and thankfully the toppings were fresh?overall a good Pho, butnothing outstanding. Our experience with the Beef Stew was poor; we are sorry, we cannot recommend this entree. First, the stewto rice ratio was way off, too much rice and too little stew. Second, the stew portion was tiny. Third, there was morefat/tendon/cartilage/grissle attached to the beef than actual meat, we felt the meat was a subpar cut. Food: 8/10 Service: 4/10 I've been coming here since I was a child and it has held as my favorite spot for years. Sad to say,... things have gone downhill a bit. Server was unaware of what types of bowls came with which toppings. After over 20 years ofnever getting the order wrong, it finally happened. Looks like a full turnover in staff, and it shows. Server did not seem toknow the bowl she gave me was incorrect. And then when I pointed out the issue, she seemed confused as to what she should do. Iinstructed her that I would like what I ordered. Things just seem even lazier now than they ever have been. I will give anothertry, but there should be a staff training on basic service standards. I'm happy to throw my name in the hat for that. I hate writing bad reviews but I hate to inform everybody that the quality of food is very questionable. I found a fly in the... MIDDLE of my summer spring roll. The worst part is that they did not even want to give a partial refund. I completely lost myappetite and threw the rest of the food away. It was a waste of money and time. I did not trust eating all the food I ordered.Plus the plastic cup that they use for the broth was broken and leaked out of the bag. The spring rolls themselves were verybland and dry. Read more
