This is my first time being at nandos I order the chicken sandwich with french fries when I took a bite of the chicken sandwich... it was cold and they forgot the french fries so I had to drive back to Location to pick up french fries they gave me cold frenchfries and I spoke to Gentleman and he said he needs to ask his manager about the fries I ordered and then I said this isunacceptable I will wait for fresh fries I waited for about five minutes the gentleman came from the back and continue to giveme the same exact fries from the same batch that were already cold. I have dined in at this location twice in the last few months and both times I received quality service. From the employees to... the atmosphere's ambiance and food - everything was great! The waitresses seated us in a clean, recently disinfected area, informed of us of the various methods to order, and frequently passed by to make sure we were comfortable. Service was terrible. Quick rundown of the menu, silverware and that?s it. No napkins. Food made us sick to our stomachs (we eat... lots of spicy food out so not us). Overpriced and chicken was dry and bland. Rice was weird and had a texture of plastic.Required to give a tip before getting service which was a letdown considering there was zero service. Read more
Great option for fast casual and it?s located at Ellsworth which serves as a nice spot for a simple dinner and movie. The... restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly/helpful. Very small portions, so if you're really hungry definitely get some more. I ordered the chicken thighs hot, sweet potatoes and... Cole slaw. I also got the pineapple lemonade with was more pineapple flavor than lemonade. I got all the sauces, the extra hotwas amazing, sour and hot at the same time. It was good enough. I love Nando?s so much! I eat here all the time, literally everything on the menu is delicious! The skewers are my favorite, but... I also really like their bowls and chicken thighs. The side are also delicious (if anyone from management is reading this, Imiss the brussel sprouts), I love their corn (not pictured), mashed potatoes and garlic bread. And clearly, their sangria isalso amazing, as I get it every time lol! This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat! Read more
Ordered take-out. For the second time in a row, the order had a mistake (this time items were mislabeled). The fries were crazy... salty (like, hard to eat). The salad was wilted. I think we're all done ordering here. Read more
